Tested with BDB 4.4 on Ubuntu Linux over all three RA layers and both
FS backends, plus perl, python, and ruby bindings.

I had some weird issues with the svnserve bdb tests, but I think it
was because of odd combinations of linux ld.so.conf, installing bdb
into nonstandard places, and the svnserve daemonization code, adding
-T to my svnserve process made things work...

Regardless, I have no reason to believe that the weirdness was not
totally my fault, so +1 from me.
