It seems more reliable to match on the 'list-post' header. Then
there's no worry about catching both 'to' and 'cc'. Also, no separate
rule is needed to account for duplicate copies CC'd to yourself, as
those, lacking a 'list-post' header, will already hit your inbox.

I don't recognise the format your example filters are in, but any mail
filters should be able to match on arbitrary header names.
