Well, if nobody has commented on the issue, and nobody has discussed
it on the list, then it seems likely that nobody's working on it. Not
to say that it isn't important, just that nobody's gotten around to
it. One thing you might try is testing with the current trunk version
of Subversion, or the 1.4.x branch, which is very close to what's
currently in trunk. The bug seems to have been tested with 1.3.0, and
there are a lot of changes that have occurred since then that might
have fixed the problem.
