Since the links page is in English, I think it might be best to link to
the English version of your site. However, I cannot find any way of
linking directly to that. When I tried putting your page_langen.php URL
directly into a browser address bar, I got an infinite redirect loop.
If you would prefer that the link be to your French homepage, then it
would be best to insert the wording "(Primarily in French - an English
option is available)" or similar into the links page item.
Additionally, a few comments on your website:
* There is no such thing as "Trac 8.4". You presumably mean "Trac 0.8.4".
* The quality of the English translation is not so good in places. I'd
suggest trying to find someone to improve that.
