There's a MoinMoin wikifarm on red-bean.com, a server in which several
full committers have an interest, and root access. Amongst many other
things, it currently hosts:

 - the svnbook
 - the svn-full-committers mailing list
 - the svn contribulyzer

Adding a svnmerge wiki ought to be fine.
