Just making sure that those people who run automated tests know that
they'll need to tweak their httpd.conf files before they'll work with
these changes. If you're using davautocheck.sh you should be just
fine, but anyone else will need to add something like:

AuthzSVNAccessFile
/home/yourusernamehere/projects/svn/subversion/tests/cmdline/svn-test-work/authz

To the appropriate <Location> blocks.
