[PATCH] Add missing descriptions to web pages.

From: Kobayashi Noritada <nori1_at_dolphin.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp>
Date: 2006-04-05 19:06:20 CEST

Hi,

Now I'm translating Subversion's web pages into Japanese.
In the process of that work, I've found some descriptions missing.
Here is a patch and I'd like to apply it. Would you mind checking it?

# The translation work is what I discussed in the thread
# http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/BrowseList?list=dev&by=thread&from=381161 ,
# which was interrupted by my thesis writing for a few months without notice.
# Sorry for that, and I'd like to restart that discussion in the near future.
# The multilingualized pages are tested in
# http://dolphin.c.u-tokyo.ac.jp/~nori1/svn-m17n/ .

Thanks,

- nori
