I was commenting about the slowdowns on IRC as well. So, yah,
something's horked with svn.collab.net. It generally takes 2-3
minutes for a commit to go through. I've been using ra_serf - so if
it's happening with ra_dav, it's not the client library.

Maybe this is C-Mike's way of telling us to stop committing so much.
