Damn. I'd looked up the version of Neon shipped with 1.3.0, not
remembering. And I picked up 0.24.7 in one of the files. But it's a
0.25.4.

Gaghh. Talk about a stupid, stupid way to burn a version number
:-(. If I remember the discussions about it all, next tarballs I post
are going to be 1.3.2 ?

So, report any other packaging errors you find. I'm investigating the
size discrepancy, but anything else that should go into the next
rolling, please notify.

the size difference for the zip seems to be coming from the apr*
bundles. In the 1.3.0 tarball, there are some directories which look
autogenerated, that aren't in 1.3.1: LibR, Release. There are also
more visual studio looking files in the root of all three libs.

- Dave, feeling mighty stupid.
