Nightly builds on FreeBSD

Is it possible to pull down the latest greatest builds and compile on/for FreeBSD? I just need svnserve, nothing else. I have a fair amount of experience on Linux, but am new to FreeBSD, so anything more than minor tweaks will be beyond me (for now). I'm not sure how much work gets done when the FreeBSD Port/Package is made.
The big issue is that I need some of the fixes that are not in 1.3.0, mainly the one that requires access restricted users to have access to the root of the repository to commit to sub directories.
