Microsoft ISA Proxy

I posted this message to users already, but got no answer.

I am using subversion version 1.3.0 and I put our proxy setting into the
subversion server file. This looks like:

[global]

#http-proxy-exceptions = *.exception.com, www.internal-site.org

http-proxy-host = proxy3.sysde.corp

http-proxy-port = 80

http-proxy-username = DE\A018150

http-proxy-password = xxxxxxx

http-compression = no

If I try to do a checkout, nothing happens. The svn process does even
not react on strg+c. I have to kill it through the task manager (Windows
2000).

Any ideas?
