I must have missed some messages. I thought I was the only one that
suggested this, and then it seemed like my response was met with universal
opposition that seemed more in favor with your proposal.

It seemed like you were getting pretty productive feedback, please do not
bail on the process so quickly.

Even if your proposal is implemented in its entirety, it would make sense
to me to commit it in phases like this. Others might like to see the whole
proposal worked out first though.
