In my opinion, a simple systray app which monitors the status of your
Subversion server would be quite useful and worthwhile. It'd have just
four menu options:
  - Start svnserve
  - Restart svnserve
  - Stop svnserve
  - Preferences

This app makes configuration much easier who folks who don't want to
mess with command-line options or configuration files. Apache/MySQL
both have similar systray apps for Windows.

Cheers,

David
