I'll do what you suggested. I'll write up basically a micro-specification
of what the feature would look like -- how you would install the service,
uninstall it, set options, start/stop and so on.

It's evening here, so I certainly won't be doing this tonight, but I'll do
it at the start of this week.

I think this is a much-needed feature to make SVN server feel like a natural
Windows application, and I use SVN, so I'm happy to do the work.
