Yes, I think you're right, or perhaps a translated and double-translated file. Okay, I can actually reproduce what you're getting with my patch on Linux by forcing APR_EOL_STR to "\r\n". I wasn't sure if I'd broken something before, but now I know you're also getting that, I'll see if I can take a look.
