1.3.0-rc5 tarballs up for testing/signing

Subversion 1.3.0-rc5 is up for testing and signing. The magic revision is r17793.

Yet another reminder here, on top of the one behind that link : at this stage,
rc5 (and therefore 1.3.0) is *not* ready for public consumption. Package
maintainers, please please please please please don't make rc5 available to end
users. If a severe bug makes us change internals before the official 1.3.0
release, people who were running rc5 could end up with (possibly irreversibly)
broken data.

Developers and enthusiatic people are of course welcome to break their data to
assist testing during these final few days of soaking.
