NIghtly tests for 1.3.x

Hi, folks,

I was looking in my svn-breakage folder for passing test results. It
seems like we have no nightly regression tests for 1.3.x since late
November, which made me a bit scared.

This might be an oversight by the people running the nightly tests, or
lack of resources, which I fully understand if that's the case.

I'm trying to merge from trunk as soon as there are three votes to get
things through the nightly tests on different platforms, but currently
that's rather pointless:-)

I know that Karl's working on a buildbot configuration, so this might be a
more or less temporary problem. I'll look into setting up tests on my
Debian box on i386, but I realize that this is not the most exotic
platform in the world, so it might not help very much.
