For what it's worth, it doesn't look like the filestat.c and dir.c
code in the win32 part of APR have changed in quite some time, at
least not in any substantial way. I'm quite curious why you're
starting to see the difference now. Perhaps a diff of those files
from 0.9.x and the trunk would help, but I'm hardly the one to
interpret the info since I don't know a whole lot about win32
development...
