Hmm... My mistake, apparently the SubWCRev tool is not actually part of
Subversion, but rather a part of TortoiseSVN. Why isn't this important
tool a native part of Subversion? Nothing about it is specific to to
TortoiseSVN. Or is there some other existing equivalent?
