This seems to have made ./autogen.sh start generating a warning about an
absent (generated) #include file, org_tigris_subversion_javahl_Version.h.

Is the correct fix to add the name of the file to the end of the
private-built-includes list in build.conf (where all the other javahl
generated includes are listed)?

That seems to work here, anyway.
