Indeed, sorry about that. I cannot modify this directly, as the machine is
under the control of CollabNet. Repairing will have to wait until the CollabNet
people are up and about. In the meantime, the .tar.gz has the same contents.

CollabNet insiders: could someone prod Ops to fix this?
