Please revert this change.

The existance of a grouping convenience target 'extraclean-swig' is
useful, and a whole lot shorter to type than
'extraclean-swig-{py,pl,rb,headers}'.

And, if you type 'make extraclean', shouldn't the swig stuff be
extracleaned too?
