I had suggested a branch simply because it's not done yet, the API is
still evolving, and there's no ra_dav support yet. On the other hand,
it's not like we're about to roll a release, and this is totally new
functionality that isn't likely to break anything else, so committing
to trunk probably wouldn't hurt anything.

Anyone else have a strong opinion on trunk versus branch? Personally,
I'm still leaning slightly towards a branch for now, but I could be
convinced to go either way.
