AppleDouble support

I've posted a diff file and support scripts that allow the subversion client
to properly manage HFS metadata and resource forks under Darwin. I understand
there is some reluctance about incorporating such features into the trunk, but
I'd still appreciate any feedback you have.

I basically shadowed the implementation for svn:executable, except I store the
extra data in AppleDouble format. I also attached a script to manually propset
HFS data in order to force the client to notice modifications.
