Oh, btw: DannyB objected, because it would prevent us from adding a
features list to the format file.

The current interface promise I made up was that every comment will be
prefixed by 2 \n characters. If we add a features list, we can
terminate the list just like mime/http headers.

What about it? Too much problems for the future to add a comment, or
can we just add it and see when we cross the bridge? (/me prefers the
latter)
