[PATCH] Remove README.txt from .svn

I'd like to commit the attached patch. It removes the README.txt file
from our working copy .svn areas.

It would be possible to add a "Don't edit!" warning to the 'format'
file without sacrificing the win in disc space.

PS: dlr, dberlin and I agreed in IRC it would be a good change by
itself, but did not reach consensus about the "Don't edit" warning.
