Apologies, I thought that the tagging was done once the commiter
signatures were all provided and the rc was made public. As rc1 was
scrapped before getting there, I didn't tag. Is this still the
consensus, or should I tag as soon as stuff is released to the dev list?

While we're on the subject, I'm still missing signatures for the rc2
tarballs. Specifically, I have the following signatures, which I've
verified:
  - 2 6-way validations on the unix nodeps *balls (lundblad, cmpilato)
  - 2 6-way validations on the full unix *balls (lundblad, kfogel)

If my own signatures as release manager count, I have the fulldeps
tarball tested, but only with the file/fsfs combination. If a third full
signature is needed, I can try to get some heavier tests running, er, a
little later.
