First, users should probably avoid them. Then, there would be other
ways to write the corresponding path/URL, e.g. with "./:" just like
filenames starting with "-" ("-" starts an option). Also, the colon
could be escaped with "%" hex hex.

There would be a similar problem if you have a filename starting
with "root:" or "current:".
