Right.

I'd prefer that we stick to the .html.<country> code as that's what Apache
httpd supports[1]. If/when CEE suports it, we can let HTTP
content-negotiation auto-deliver the right content. httpd will also auto
'map' /en/index.html to index.html.en too; which is nifty. httpd's docs
set relies upon this feature. -- justin
