+1. Noritada, if your translation of the Japanese release notes is
ready, please add it as www/ja/svn_1.3_releasenotes.html .

We should also put a link in www/svn_1.3_releasenotes.html to your new
document -- can you submit a patch to do this? Here's a template
(borrowed from http://svnbook.red-bean.com/ )
