I recall having to update my <pre-revprop-change hook> batch file after
a recent Subversion upgrade.
The batch file already had code to detect the missing "name" field
because I don't authenticate to the Windows server.
I think there is an extra parameter now which threw out the batch file's
counting.

Would have been easier if the missing parameter was last.
