I submit that this is impossible.

To fully obliterate something, you must remove all knowledge of it
from the repository (remember, the Securities and Exchage Commission
might subpoena your repository, so you really need *no trace*).

If the repository knows nothing, then there is nothing it can say to
the WC regarding those paths. It will be as though the paths were
never under version control, and therefore the situation will be
indistinguishable from a WC that has been corrupted in a particular
way.
