No, sorry, there hasn't. (On 1st September, Chris Leishman
<chris@leishman.org> asked the same thing and got no reply.)

It needs someone to put in the time and energy to drive this discussion and
feature forward on the mailing list. Could that be you? You wouldn't
necessarily have to implement it, as there is quite likely someone "here" who
would do it once we get "it" defined.
