The RSS feed (and Atom feed) features of Insurrection provide this
feature along with links to the log viewing tool which can then produce
differences, patch sets, etc.

Hey, it also has an XSLT attached to the RSS and Atom XML files such
that they look somewhat useable in a web browser that supports XSLT.

see http://svn.code-host.net/svn/Insurrection/?Insurrection=rss
for an example RSS feed and http://svn.sinz.com/project.html
for the main project page.
