gen-make.py and autogen-standalone.mk

Running ./gen-make.py creates a file called autogen-standalone.mk
which shows up as status '?'. If this is intended then it should be
added to svn:ignore, but perhaps it would be better if gen-make.py
only created this file if explicitly requested.
