[BUG] WebDAV doesn't work in Word

We have a repos with powerpoint and word files which
we access via WebDAV using svn 1.2.3.

It works via powerpoint, but fails in Word.

Recipe:

1. Open document using URL

svnadmin verifies that I have the lock, despite not
beeing ask for username/password (I always get that
question with powerpoint)

2. Change the document and save

I get the error:

"There has been a network or file permission error.
The network connection may be lost (<url>)"

I press OK and the Save As... dialog pops up. I press
cancel. Word doesn't consider the file saved, so I'm
asked again when I quit.

Funny thing is, the change *has* been committed and
the rev number has bumped, as if there were no errors.

P.S: Why does the lock expire after only 3 minutes?
This goes for locks aquired by any Office app, I
think.
