Oh -- that's funny timing. We just discussed this (unprompted) over
on the committer's list, and agreed on bindings+build commit access.
(As far as we know, you've never submitted a core C code change, so we
didn't consider full commit access... hint, hint :-).)

Then I contacted you in IRC, and told you about it.

And *then* I saw this mail :-)
