Broken how? It's kind of hard to diagnose with that statement :-) If you
can explain further, then we can get it fixed.

See plugins/std/change.py for an example. It also uses the Repository
object from lib/subwiki/util.py.

The Traq project does (but it is also much more than a wiki). Not sure of
any others.
