Agreed. Ideally, mod_dav_svn would be setting the SVN-ACTION
environment variable to something more detailed than just single
verbs. We should be trying to get revnums, or paths, or other
relevant information into the string as well, wherever it's
appropriate and makes sense. That's why I called the patch a "proof
of concept". :-)
