Problems under Win2k with higher drive letter

Hello,

I've encountered a problem with copy operation under Windows 2000 + Apache + mod_dav_svn. All repos are installed on the 3rd hard drive (F:). When I try to create a tag/branch the message I get is "Cannot determinate physical path". If I switch to the C: by manualy coping the repositories and changing the neccecery entries in Apache config file all works fine. I think it's a bug, or did I miss something?
