I thought you were just "re-using" this in TSVN. Isn't there some "master
location" for this project that you pull from? I see this link from what
is in your repository:

http://www.codeproject.com/debug/crash_report.asp

I did not see license info anywhere for this project either, although the
headers in the source itself seem to indicate a BSD license.
