i can nothing but 100% agree. renames would be a real benefit for svn
itself and all dependants. that is a thing no other tool on top (like
svk) can provide. other tools just can use svn backend and have more
efficient working copies, deal with case sensitivity on the client, or
use svn's properties to store additional info for merge tracking.
