[BOOK] svn info also works for URL?

Hi folks,

If I type 'svn info http://svn.red-bean.com/svnbook/trunk' I can get the
repository info about this book. The doc states that 'svn info' does not
contact the repository, nor does it mention that it is possible to use a
URL instead of a WC path.
