I've been using Submitted By: and Approved By: for quite some time, and
I think it's a good thing, but I think getting overly specific about
stuff like Analysis By: and Reviewed By: is going a bit far. Overall it
feels like the kind of thing that's primarily going to result in lots of
"hey, so and so did $foo and you didn't credit them in the log" type
conversations. We already have enough "you screwed up the formatting"
and "your log message violates this minor point in the rules" type
conversations as it is. Not that our code formatting and log message
rules are bad, just saying that we can take that sort of thing too far,
and I suspect this is heading down that path.
