I don't have time to review/apply this right now (sorry), but a couple
of quick suggestions for next time:

It's three, not two ("[[[ ... ]]]", not "[[ ... ]]"). This is not a
real problem, just nice to stick to the same convention, in case
anyone is using tools to parse it. Also, don't repeat the same
information twice, single-spot changes usually don't need an intro
line, and use the new entry's ID as the symbol name. Thus:

* www/faq.html
  (server-requirements): New entry, "What kind of hardware do I need
  to run a Subversion server?"
]]]
