issue 2078 marked as resolved (but still broken)

Hi,

Issue 2078 describes the problem where svn hangs if a pre-commit script
tries to output too much
error text (> 4096 bytes).
http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=2078

I noticed today that this issue has been marked as resolved... but I can
still reproduce the problem
(just make a pre-commit hook that dumps too much text to stderr).

Server & client are both version 1.2.0 (r14790)

Dave
