You can
     search in archives of the Subversion Users mailing list
     join the Subversion Users List
     read the Subversion Book on-line
     chat via IRC on channel #svn on irc.freenode.net
     post on svnforum.org

Otherwise, I would put a link to the book there as well, and link to
the Mailing List page rather than describe how to join the list:
avoids out of sync problems if the Mailing List changes how it works.
