HTML Book missing images in release tarball - ought to be fixed before 1.2.1

Since commits suggest 1.2.1 is drawing near, I'm reminding about this:

The 1.2.0 email contained svn-book.html, but failed to contain the images
referenced within the HTML.

Previously, the images were within the repository, and required no special
handling. Now that the book has moved out, the images are no longer in
current versions of the repository, and downloading only svn-book.html is
not sufficient. The images need to be downloaded at the same time, too.
