FAQ maintenance

I noticed you're looking for a FAQ maintainer. Since I'm using svn, I would
like to contribute. I have too much code work to do on my own projects,
but I would be happy to donate a few hours a week to maintaining the FAQ if
you're still looking for someone to do it.
