Thanks for the additional hints.

There is a strange thing about my current naive implementation
of the delta editor, maybe this is something obvious to anyone
here.

The open_file/apply_textdelta methods are called for a few files
that have no differences. The files don't show up when I run the
equivalent svn diff from the command line.
